Forum Systems announced it has partnered with Techlogix to
bring SOA products to markets in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Asia-Pacific.
Techlogix will supply Forum Sentry with installation and architecture
consulting services to its large customer base across Asia-Pacific and United Arab Emirates.
In United
Arab Emirates, many financial institutions
and multi-national companies have started adopting SOA for adding efficiencies
to their business. UAE companies are some of the most advanced in deploying
technology standards in banking and telecom sectors. A healthy economic outlook
for the region combined with a desire to create more efficiency in the region’s
electronic business processing system has created momentum for SOA.
"We are surprised to see recent interest in the UAE
region for SOA," said Mamoon Yunus, CTO, Forum Systems. "The
Techlogix and Forum Systems partnership provides a potent combination of SOA
architecture and consulting leadership with powerful and affordable SOA
products. This combination enables rapid SOA enablement across corporations and
their partners."
As pioneers in the Web Services Security and now SOA
application delivery arena, Forum Systems has brought to the market the SOA
Gateway product, Forum Sentry. Over 15 percent of the Fortune 1000 enterprises
have adopted Forum System’s architecture and technology, including the nation’s
top e-retailer, Amazon, the top telecommunications company, Motorola, the
largest financial services firm, Citigroup, and the U.S. Internal Revenue
Service.
"Forum Systems has a strong reputation for bringing
innovative technologies and solutions to companies worldwide," said Salman
Akhtar, co-CEO of Techlogix. "As a result of this partnership, we will
continue to provide the best SOA gateway product to our customers."
